Identify and analyze training needs, support line manager to develop and implement compliance related training strategies to ensure optimal delivery focusing on effectiveness, clarity and understandability.Innovatively develop or refine training tools / channels (, iPad, electronic system and application) to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of compliance training and communication.Prepare appropriate training and communication materials in accordance with the training strategy and plan or to fulfill ad-hoc internal clients’ needs.Deliver face-to-face trainings to internal clients as assigned.Monitor training completion status for both new hires and existing staffs and maintain the training log and records.Facilitate the administrative supports of large-scaled compliance training (, bi-annual cycle meetings).Continuously collect fee...
