Components Repair Supervisor (evening shift)

The Component Repair Supervisor is responsible for supervising all the operations of the various repair departments of Plant5.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day repair/overhaul operations in a high‑technology industry on the evening shift;
• Motivate and energize the workforce to reach an optimal level of employee engagement;
• Responsible for main performance indicators: health & safety, quality, on‑time delivery, productivity, etc.;
• Help develop and manage the budget and hiring;
• Supervise work shift changes;
• Host and take part in meetings with other managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aeronautics, business administration, or engineering;
• Minimum 4+ years of experience supervising employees in manufacturing;
• Knowledge and experience with aftermarket repair and inspection processes in the aviation industry (asset);
