Job Description
Purchase and monitoring of assigned materials, equipment and services. Performs a key role, essential for the successful interaction between Procurement and internal and external customers to guarantee the efficient performance from the creation of the purchase order until the payment process.
Execute purchase orders for the procurement of material, equipment, and services after determining that all elements are within the established policies and procedures.
Provide assistance in training to internal customers who divert from the established procedures and provide training to new team members.
Obtain, challenge and enter pricing from suppliers to maintain accurate information and guarantee the correct content of the purchase order
Work in collaboration with Accounts Payable and internal/external clients to assist in the resolution of problems related to billing.
