Job Description
Events Concept is a Geneva-based event agency and a member of the Butterfly Group. Around forty people across four departments (Sales, Creative, Technical and Production) design and produce bespoke corporate and institutional events. You will join the Technical department and work directly with its manager.
Mission
Working closely with the project managers, the creative team and our technical partners, you are responsible for the technical design and modelling of event installations. You translate creative concepts into workable plans and technical files, while ensuring feasibility and compliance with on‑site constraints.
Design and Plan Production
- Production of 2D technical drawings (layouts, elevations, sections, details)
- 3D modelling of event structures and fit‑outs
- Preparation of technical files for fabrication and assembly
- Use of Vectorworks software (training provided)
