Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support to our clients with computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, install and configure computer systems and applications.
- Maintain hardware and software inventory.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of computer systems and networks.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Previous experience in IT support is required.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Candidates must be able to work legally in Norway without sponsorship.
