Are you a knowledgeable, service-driven professional with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences? We are looking for a **Concierge Supervisor** who will support concierge operations, lead the team, and ensure personalized, efficient, and professional service for all guests.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
+ Supervising daily concierge operations and ensuring high service standards are maintained.
+ Assisting guests with transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, tours, and local recommendations.
+ Supporting and guiding the concierge team to deliver personalized guest experiences.
+ Handling VIP guests, special requests, and service recovery with professionalism and discretion.
+ Coordinating closely with Front Office, Bell Desk, Club Floor, and other departments.
