Configuration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead on ECN change management and support production implementation.
• Coordinate with customer to manage and setup product information such as BOM, BOO, AVL for revision control.
• Review and compare Engineering and Production BOM accuracy.
• Collaborate with Mechanical Design Engineer/Process Engineer for assembly build sequence and restructure BOM for ease of manufacturability.
• Review all document packages are upload and maintain in the system.
• Liase with respective departments and customers to solve product configuration challenges.
• Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
• To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.
