You will be tasked with the following duties related to IT help desk services (Chatbot, ITSM, Copilot, etc.). Proposal activities, including solution development for implementation and delivery projects. Lead migration projects from a technical perspective. *For delivery projects, your primary role will be to lead the construction project from requirements definition to migration. *You will also be responsible for project concept development.
