Overview

We are looking for a Concrete Estimator to prepare accurate and timely bids, ensuring full scope coverage and margin protection through disciplined cost analysis. This role works independently on standard projects and collaborates with leadership on higher-complexity bids.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoffs and interpret drawings/specifications
• Prepare complete and organized bid packages
• Estimate labor and material costs accurately
• Validate vendor quotes and identify scope gaps
• Respond to RFIs, addenda, and bid clarifications
• Manage multiple bids and meet deadlines consistently
• Maintain clear communication with GCs and vendors
