We are seeking a team-oriented, reliable, detail-oriented Construction Finisher to join our growing field team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the final surface stages of our construction projects. The ideal candidate has strong stamina, a keen eye for detail, proven hands-on experience with finishing tools and structural materials.
Core Competencies
Technical Skills: Finish carpentry (baseboards, casing, doors, windows), general framing, structural work, and basic painting.
Technology: Competency with RMS operating systems, iPhones, and iPads.
Soft Skills: Active listening, problem-solving, and a strong dedication to customer service.
Qualifications: 5+ years in finish carpentry preferred; construction/repair industry experience required.
