Construction Manager

MS Technology, Inc. is seeking a  Construction Manager  to support our clients in Oak Ridge, TN.

The Construction Manager supports and guides construction activities across assigned projects.

This role works closely with Project Managers, Procurement, contractors, and site personnel to ensure construction execution aligns with scope, schedule, budget, safety, and contractual requirements.

The Construction Manager serves as the primary field representative and first point of contact for contractors.

Responsibilities Support project planning, needs assessments, and evaluation of alternative construction approaches.

Assist with development, maintenance, and oversight of detailed construction schedules.
