You will prepare draw schedules, reconcile GL and bank accounts, and refine cash flow forecasts. Collaborating closely with budget owners and project managers, you will gain vital insights into operational accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support monthly project draws and variance analysis
• Maintain and review accurate payment draw schedules
• Complete bank and GL reconciliations efficiently
• Monitor project risks and cash flow forecasts
• Review invoices for coding accuracy and compliance
