Construction Project Manager

Department: Construction
Reports to: VP of Development

Plans, directs and coordinates activities pertaining to the construction and renovation of company assets, specifically the store facilities, distribution center, and offices. Ensures safety is a top priority among all channels of workflow. Oversees construction of new and existing facilities in accordance with company policies and governmental regulations.

The Project Manager will oversee and evaluate specifications for plan procedures, start and completion dates, and staffing requirements for each phase of a construction project.

• 4‑year technical degree or bachelor’s degree in construction science and management, engineering, architecture, business administration, or related field.
