Construction Project Manager

Track Project Progress Prepare Project Plans, Schedules and work progress Prepare and records Minutes of Meeting Follow and check Project Drawings and Project Schedules Coordinate project sites activities with the relevant authority (BCA, URA, NEA, PUB, SCDF) Attend meetings with owners, Subcons, Architects & PE Give clear instructions to team workers and clarify with Clients/Site Foreman the job scopes whenever necessary, all based for project development Responsible for communication and discussion and resolve of issues that cannot be resolved in the team Ensure the Project is delivered on schedule and within scope Attend project meetings with owners, PE, QP and subcontractors Attend and go job sites to monitor daily site progress
