Construction Project Manager

Matchbox Consulting Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established and highly regarded design-build firm known for delivering large-scale commercial projects throughout the Lower Mainland. The project manager will take full ownership of projects and lead them independently from initial planning right through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project delivery including budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and close-out


• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and coordinate on-site activities


• Evaluate subcontractor bids, manage contracts, and oversee purchase orders
