Job Description
Take the lead as a Construction Site Superintendent at Bird Construction in Kelowna, BC. Expect to coordinate major building projects while ensuring high standards of safety and quality throughout.
In this permanent role, you'll oversee all on-site activities, including scheduling with the Project Manager, managing subcontractors, and enforcing health and safety plans. You’ll be responsible for daily operations and ensuring compliance with all project specifications while fostering an environment of respect and professionalism among all teams involved.
