Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities * Ensure a safe work environment and clean job site. * Coordinate, communicate, and schedule with sub-contractors, venders, owners, and project manager(s) for assigned job(s). * Represents the company in meetings and interfaces with all project stakeholders. * Works with local officials in requesting and coordinating applicable inspections from the beginning of each project. * Provide weekly schedule and progress updates. * Ensure subcontractors complete the assigned scope of work that meets quality standards. * Ensure each assigned project remains on or ahead of schedule to the best of your ability. * Be willing to utilize your skills to complete tasks on the job site when necessary. * Stay up to date on industry standards and changes.
