a specialized construction consulting and project management firm focused on large-scale residential community renovations, is seeking a Superintendent to join their team in the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing complex exterior renovation and restoration projects for HOA communities, with the opportunity to grow into a Construction Manager position over time.
What You'll Do as the Superintendent:
- Lead daily field operations for large-scale residential renovation and reconstruction projects
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders
- Monitor project schedules, quality, safety, and budget performance
- Conduct site walks, identify issues, and proactively resolve construction challenges
