Construction Supervisor( Site Foreman)

• Manage workers in both main and subcontractor labor environments independently.
• Supervise and lead a construction team of 30+ workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure timely and efficient progress of all worksite operations.
• Oversee daily site activities and promptly resolve any issues faced by workers.
• Monitor worker compliance with specific safety rules and operational requirements.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Willingness to work beyond regular hours (Monday to Saturday).
