Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) is an advantage
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in project management within construction or site development
Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
In-depth understanding of local government regulations, building codes, and environmental compliance standards
Proficient in technical documentation, reporting, and record management
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and oversee on-site operations effectively
