GRS Consultant will support business growth and client retention through strong knowledge of group retirement solutions and the ability to build and maintain meaningful client relationships. This consultant is committed to delivering a positive and memorable client experience and thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and service an assigned block of group retirement clients through proactive consulting and relationship management.
- Sales via marketings within an assigned block of GRS clients and other sales opportunities as assigned by the Senior Director, Sales.
- Support the Retirement practice in meeting and exceeding its annual growth targets by supporting cross‑sales initiatives like ICPP and IFS.
- Support Group Solutions sales by opening doors to your assigned block of clients for other People Corporation services, solutions, and products.
