Responsibilities

Client interviews with business leaders to develop an understanding of their company’s key levers for driving profitability and growth Good conceptualization capability Collaborate with small internal teams to design and build customized business simulations and other discovery learning solutions Deliver business simulation and other discovery-based learning workshops to the clients and facilitate participants’ understanding of relevant content areas Manage multiple projects simultaneously while working with clients across varying industries Identify new growth opportunities for BTS and generation of leads for add-on business Become a valued strategic partner for our clients Due to the large volume of applications we receive, we can only respond to shortlisted candidates.
