Job Description
Dynamics 365CE Functional Consultant Sales, Customer Service & Customer Insights.
Languages: Spanish Mandatory and fluent in English.
The person will be responsible for delivering customization based on Dynamics CE Platform and functional design as part of a project team.
Responsabilities:
- Deliver quality developments (customization and integration) with defined quality standards.
- Go through functional design of given business requirements for functional solution and create detailed functional design document (FDD).
- Work closely with technical consultants to understand requirements.
- Report progress periodically to lead/project manager and assist them in reporting.
- Check in/check out code in Azure DevOps and update work items.
- Elaboration of test plan documents.
- Solve functional issues encountered during testing cycles.
- Provide training sessions to the customer.
