This role focuses on the design and development of high-performance consumable components used in advanced molecular diagnostic systems. You will contribute to the full product lifecycle, from early concept development through validation, manufacturing transfer, and commercialization. Working within a multidisciplinary R&D environment, you will collaborate closely with chemistry, systems, operations, and quality teams to deliver scalable, manufacturable solutions.
