Responsibilities
- Lead the Consumer Insight and Sensory strategy for Latin America, becoming the go‑to strategic partner for CSI across the region and defining the learning agenda across key markets, categories, customers and growth priorities.
- Translate consumer intelligence, sensory science, market dynamics and statistical evidence into clear strategic recommendations, influencing innovation, renovation, product design, claims, portfolio choices and customer engagement at local, regional and global levels.
- Elevate CSI through digital, AI‑driven and statistically robust approaches, developing agile research models, predictive tools, dashboards and scalable insight platforms that improve decision speed, innovation quality and business impact.
