Job Description
Scope of Application:
- Timely assurance of consumer service management when processing consumer complaints.
Role Description and Core Responsibilities:
- Processing all types of consumer complaints (feedback, product suggestions, complaints, criticism) in the ticket software Zendesk (main task).
- Processing quality notifications, customer orders and spare parts deliveries in SAP.
- Ensuring professional handling of consumer enquiries by telephone.
- Monitoring the content of consumer complaints.
- Processing customer request mailings.
Professional Knowledge and Experience:
- Business management training and at least 1 year of professional experience in a similar position.
- Very good communication skills in ENGLISH and GERMAN (language level C1). - A MUST
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP.
- Very structured way of working.
