Job Description
Airswift is seeking a Contact Engineer to work with one of our O&G clients in Whitecourt, AB on a 1-year contract position. The Contact Engineer is an asset-based, non-discipline-specific role serving as the Asset/System Subject Matter Expert (SME). This position focuses on real-time operational support, cross-functional alignment, and prioritization of engineering work across the asset. The role acts as the primary interface between Operations and Engineering, ensuring efficient communication, issue resolution, and alignment with business priorities.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide real-time engineering support to operations
- Prioritize and coordinate engineering activities across multiple teams
- Track and drive resolution of asset issues to completion
- Align efforts across Process, Discipline Engineering, Projects, TSU, PQM, and E&C
