About the Role
As a Technical Education Content Developer on the Product Expertise team, you will design, develop, and maintain instructionally sound course content for the Workday integrations product area. You will play a key role in ensuring that Workday customers, partners, and employees have the learning resources they need to be successful.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Defining course requirements, writing learning objectives, and developing course materials (including eLearning media, graphics, manuals, and activities) that support course objectives and align with business needs.
Achieving course schedule and quality goals that align with Workday standards and processes.
Developing subject matter expertise in 1–2 Workday products within 6–9 months to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
