Your responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all operational aspects of the Conversations Sector, including scheduling, budgeting, logistics, and on-site execution.
- Liaise with internal teams (Content, Marketing, Operations, Partnerships) and external stakeholders (curator, speakers, moderators, vendors).
- Manage speaker and moderator invitations, travel arrangements, and on-site hospitality.
- Supervise the auditorium build-up and ensure smooth event delivery during show week.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for the M+ Co-Commission and Digital Dialogs initiatives.
- Coordinate project-related events, content updates, and communications between Art Basel and partners.
- Prepare post-event reports and ensure timely closure of budgets and invoices.
