Join Norquay Health Centre as a Part-Time Continuing Care Assistant and provide compassionate support to residents. Your role will focus on personal care and daily living activities for optimal resident functioning.
In this temporary position, you will be essential in addressing various needs of clients at the Chronic Resident Unit. Your duties will include providing daily personal care and maintaining a positive atmosphere, offering physical, emotional, and psychological support through your dedicated service across diverse shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personal care services for residents in need
• Support clients’ emotional and psychological requirements
• Facilitate daily activities to enhance resident independence
• Communicate effectively with both clients and team members
• Foster a nurturing and supportive living environment
Requirements:
• CCA certificate required for this role
• Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal abilities
