**JOB SUMMARY**
Workingwith theLeanimplementation team tointegrateLeantoolsinto operations as well asdrive performanceimprovement. Act as the local subject matter expert for theLeantools and be responsible for allLeanactivitiesat the local site.Develop andconducttheLeanstarlevelplanby driving and monitoring theprojectsofoperation advantage,providing necessary technical support and facilitating cross-functional team to meet themetrics as planned.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Overall manage plant annual lean plan, identifying key improvement priorities to enhance site performance in the eyes of all stakeholders.
2. To implement TEOA system in plant and achieve TEOA Star level plant through improvement activity.
3. Conductsite levelworkshopsand VSM transformation projects with focus on achieving operational excellence.
