   JOB OVERVIEW:  
 TE Connectivity's Continuous Improvement Teams design and implement programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with business strategies. They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports.
 
   RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:  
 Coordination, implementation and advancement of Kaizen events and projects (e.g. setup time optimization (QCO), problem-solving Kaizen)
 Implementation and management of Operational Excellence at all levels and roll-out of Lean Six Sigma projects for the continuation and development of a Lean Performance Management System.
