YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
:Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Superintendent, you will be part of the Business Improvement Department. You will support strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and driving digital transformation within the mine. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to cross-functional projects and change management practices in a dynamic underground mining environment. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Technology & Digital Transformation Support
Assist in the deployment and integration of new technologies and systems.
Support documentation and tracking of digital transformation initiatives.
Participate in stakeholder engagement activities to gather feedback and insights.
