As a Continuous Improvement Site Lead, you will offer vital support to the Plant Manager and promote a culture of operational excellence. This role emphasizes your expertise in analysis, coaching, and using data to identify performance trends and enhancement opportunities. Your aim is to foster collaboration across Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams to ensure improvements are sustained.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage site CI systems for performance monitoring
• Analyze trends to identify operational losses and improvement areas
• Provide coaching on CI methodologies across teams
• Lead structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Support development of a comprehensive CI roadmap
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
