As a Continuous Improvement Lead, you will enable data‑driven improvement across development workflows at Danfoss Drives—helping teams deliver faster, with less friction and greater predictability. This is a matrix role without people management, where your impact comes through insight, facilitation, and measurable results.
You will turn process and delivery data into clear, actionable insights that teams can use to reduce lead time, improve flow efficiency, and sustain improvements in their everyday work.
By building a scalable way of working for continuous improvement, you will support our LEAP 2030 ambition, helping Danfoss Drives become a more digital and high-performing organization.
