Continuous Improvement Manager

Ainsley Search Group is seeking a seasoned Continuous Improvement Manager with experience in using CI Tools to develop VSM Mapp and lead company-wide CI projects to join a Global Performance Materials Manufacturer based in Bucks County. This CI Manager will report to the Head ofOperations and work closely with local cross functional teams to lead and implement CI Project, VSM mapping, is a permanent opportunity with lucrative base salary, bonus and competitive benefit. In addition, company would like to develop this individual to be the Director of Operational Excellence.

Responsibilities:
