Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Administer service-based, supplier, and operational contracts supporting Fixspot’s technical service delivery
- Coordinate contract setup activities, including scope definition, pricing schedules, service levels, and warranty terms
- Maintain accurate contract registers, controlled document systems, and version control records
- Draft, manage, and track contract variations, amendments, and extensions arising from operational changes
- Monitor contract compliance against agreed scope, service levels, timelines, and commercial terms
- Coordinate with suppliers, service partners, and internal operations teams to ensure contractual obligations are met
- Review supplier and partner invoices against contractual pricing, approved variations, and service adjustments
