Job Description
Are you an experienced Contract Administrator looking for your next contract role? We’re seeking a capable CA to join a well-established Tier 2 commercial builder delivering a $100m multi-residential apartment project in South Yarra. This is a great opportunity to step into a large-scale build with a strong project team and clear programme.
Location: South Yarra
Rate: $65–75 per hour
Contract: 2–3 months
Start: ASAP
What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting contract and subcontract administration
• Managing and assessing progress claims and payment schedules
• Preparing and reviewing variations
• Assisting with procurement and trade package management
• Supporting cost tracking and reporting
• Liaising closely with site teams, consultants and subcontractors
• Maintaining contract compliance and documentation
