Contract Learning Experience Designer (Colombia)

GP Strategies is looking to expand our learning experience design contractor pool in Colombia for projects later in 2026. We are seeking individuals with proven experience working as a learning experience design contractor designing engaging, impactful and creative learning solutions. You'll need experience across all modern learning modalities, including digital (elearning and virtual instructor-led training), face-to-face, and blended experiences. Designers at various levels of experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with clients and internal teams to analyze needs, consult on learning strategies and design learner‑centered solutions aligned to business goals.
• Perform learning design, content and technical writing and consult across diverse projects and audiences.
