Develop a contract management culture within the teams
Analyze and understand in detail how each client's contracts work
Raise awareness and train teams on the importance of contract management and everyone's role, focusing on the prevention of contractual risks
Promote best practices in contractual steering, by developing appropriate reporting tools and methods
Monitor the application of contractual obligations with operational teams
Monitor KPIs and compliance with the contractually defined performance level
Assistance and proactive management of claims
Analyze and manage contractual requests in close collaboration with operational and legal teams
