Contract Manager – M&E Maintenance
Location: Slough (with travel across London sites)
Salary: £60,000+ per annum + Company Car / Car Allowance
We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Contract Manager to join a growing Maintenance division based in Slough. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with a strong technical understanding of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services to manage a varied portfolio of maintenance contracts across multiple London sites, while being office-based in Slough once or twice per week.
The successful candidate will oversee a mixed portfolio of M&E maintenance contracts, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, customer satisfaction, and commercial profitability across both Public and Private Sector clients.
