Flex Suisse is the leading provider of flexible staffing solutions in the Legal & Compliance sector in Switzerland, Germany, and Liechtenstein. For one of our clients, we are currently looking for a Contract Manager.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate high-volume contracts, including confidentiality agreements, terms & conditions, and call‑off orders under framework procurement contracts.
- Support contracts in LSB and R&D divisions, including beta test, consultancy, services, and co‑marketing agreements.
- Coordinate and manage contract signature workflows across Group companies.
- Advise the business on legal and compliance matters and support the Director of Legal Affairs and other legal counsels.
- Contribute to efficient, risk‑aware, and standardized contracting processes.
