The Contract Service Specialist is responsible for working with external and internal customers to renew service agreements, handle billing concerns, and resolve any customer or service issues that may arise for multiple products across the globe, including complex problem solving, repetitive processing, and switching between project work and standard tasks while meeting deadlines and achieving quality goals.
