Are you a Contracts Administrator looking to join a growing luxury home builder with a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for delivering some of Sydney's most impressive custom homes?
Our client is an established and expanding residential builder specialising in architecturally designed custom homes across Sydney. With approximately 10-12 live projects ranging from high-end renovations through to multi-million-dollar new builds, they are seeking a commercially minded Contracts Administrator to support the continued growth of the business.
The Role Working closely with the Director, Estimating team and Site Managers, you will play a critical role in the commercial management of multiple luxury residential projects from pre-construction through to completion.
