What you will be doing:
- Lead and support full contract lifecycle management activities
- Prepare and administer contracts, service agreements, work orders, and purchase orders
- Support sourcing activities including RFQs, RFPs, bid evaluations, and commercial negotiations
- Manage change orders, contract amendments, and claims processes
- Coordinate with project teams, operations, legal, and vendors to ensure contract compliance and successful delivery
- Review scope changes, pricing schedules, milestones, and commercial terms
- Support contractor performance management and issue resolution
- Maintain contract documentation, reporting, and commercial records
- Participate in project meetings and stakeholder discussions as required
