Provide leadership and mentorship to the Contracts team, driving continuous professional development and high performance.Design, implement, and maintain contracting policies and risk management frameworks.Lead the negotiation and execution of complex contracts with counterparties, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective risk mitigation. You will need to have the following experience:
8–10 years of experience in commodity trading, preferably within the oil and gas sector.Bachelor’s degree or higher in law, business, economics, or a related discipline.Advanced legal drafting and contract negotiation skills.
