Monitor CCTV, alarms, access control systems, and intercomsRespond to alarms and incidents in line with established proceduresDispatch security officers and liaise with emergency services when requiredMaintain accurate incident reports, logs, and shift handover notesControl site access, issue passes, and monitor entries/exits (where applicable)Communicate professionally with staff, contractors, and visitorsIdentify, escalate, and report risks or suspicious activitySupport on-site security officers and managementComply with site-specific procedures and requiremen...
