Job Overview
We are hiring a Control Room / Plant Operator on behalf of our client, a well-established organization in Kuwait’s oil and gas sector. The role involves operating and maintaining critical production equipment used for processing high-value materials such as Barite and Bentonite in a safety-driven industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor mill machinery using SCADA/control panel systems, adjusting parameters as required.
Operate and maintain crushers to achieve defined crushing and production targets.
Conduct routine inspections, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting of mills, crushers, conveyors, and hoppers.
Supervise hopper filling with specified raw materials, ensuring accuracy and quality compliance.
