Leads by example, exhibiting and integrating company values into the culture of the team.Manages and develops 4-5 team members, including hiring, training, mentoring, goal setting and reviewing performance.Accounting & Financial Management
Oversees all day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger (GL), financial reporting, reconciliations, and close processes.Ensures the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of financial statements.Maintains internal controls and accounting policies.Works with teams to develop the organizational budget and executes the approved budget.Assists the VP of F&A with forecast development and managing the cash-flow position of the company.Construction Accounting & Job Costing
