Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on, and detail‑oriented Controller to lead the financial and accounting operations of our dealership. This role is responsible for financial reporting, payroll, compliance, budgeting, and internal controls, while partnering with leadership to support profitability and strategic decision‑making.
Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in accordance with dealership and OEM requirements
Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, and month/year‑end close
Monitor cash flow, expenses, profitability, and departmental performance
Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory, banking, and manufacturer standards
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Oversee inventory accounting, floor plan schedules, and asset reconciliation
